Lyon died in Sherman Wednesday, after a long and tedious illness. The deceased was a true type of the southern lady, universally liked by every one who was so fortunate as to be acquainted with her. Mr. Lyon has been engaged in the lumber business in Sherman and Denison for a number of years, where he has numerous friends who sympathize with him in his affliction.
