 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Arthur A.P. LaBoon 1904 - 1959 Claudia E. LaBoon 1901 - 2000 Sherman Democrat August 27, 1959 Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Friday in Waldo Funeral Chapel for Arthur Adkerson Patrick LaBoon, 54, formerly of Sherman, who died at 1:30 p.m. last Saturday in Quay, New Mexico, as the result of a beating. His son is accused of the slaying. M.E. Blake, minister at Grand Ave. Church of Christ, conducted the services. Burial was at West Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jerome Bennett, Earl Fitzgerald, Tom Johnston, John Sloan, Dalton Underwood, and Frank Dorn. Sherman Democrat August 9, 2000 Whitesboro - Graveside services for Claudia LaBoon, 98, of Whitesboro were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in West Hill Cemetery in Sherman. She died Monday, August 7, 2000 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman. Bill Taplin officiated. Surviving are her son, A.L. LaBoon, Sr. of Whitesboro; brothers, Garland Miller of Whitesboro and Herbert Miller of Southmayd; and two grandchildren.
