A DAY AT SHERMAN
Mrs. J.W. Vaden of Roff, I.T., who is well known in Sherman, has been ill at her home for several months.  Her condition is not improving.

FIRST BORN IN SHERMAN
Sherman, Tex., July 8 - The first child born in Sherman, Mrs. Mollie E. Vaden, aged 55 years, and a grandmother, died at Roff, I.T. last evening and was buried in Sherman this afternoon.  She was the wife of J.W. Vaden and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Fitch, pioneers of the river belt.
