J. B. HANNA BURIAL WEDNESDAY

Joseph Barron Hanna, 84, died at 10:05 p.m. Sunday at his residence, 214 West Middleton, after two years of illness. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the residence.
Burial will be in West Hill directed by Dannel-Scott.
Mr. Hanna was born May 4, 1959, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the son of William S. and Emily J. Barron Hanna. He was married October 30, 1892 to Miss Nannie Simmons in Howe and moved from Howe to Sherman in 1927. He was a retired carpenter and blacksmith and a member of the Christian Chuch of Howe.
Suvivors are his wife; three sons, Z.D. Hanna of Los Angeles, O.J. Hanna of Waco, Raymond Hanna in the Navy; five daughters, Mrs. S. M. Bond of Madil, Oklahoma; Miss Marie Hanna of Sherman, Mrs. Terry Skeen of Sherman, and Mrs. H.L. Cullum of Dallas, Mrs. C. M. Warren of Denison; 11 grandchildren and niece, Mrs. Bessie Callaway of Howe.

MRS. NANCY HANNA

Funeral service for Mrs. Nancy Claude Hanna, 70, who died at her home, 936 W. Laurel St., Friday at 9:12 p.m., will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the home. The Rev. LeRoy Anderson of Denison will officate.
Pallbearers will be Y.R. George, C.M. Yeury, Bert Sheron, Hollis Young, Fred Clark, Earl Miller, Joe Henry, Everett Knox. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery, directed by Dannel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hanna was born at Howe, May 8, 1877, the daughter of Orren and Mollie Haning Simmons. She was married to J. B. Hanna at Howe, October 31, 1892. He died in March, 1944. She came to Sherman in 1927. She was a member of the Christian Church.
Survivors include three sons, Z. D. Hanna of Los Angeles, California; O.J. Hanna of Waco, and Raymond Hanna of Dallas; five daughters, Mrs. S. M. Bond, Miss Marie Hanna and Mrs. Terry Skeen, all of Sherman; Mrs. H. L. Cullum of Dallas, and Mrs.C. M. Warren of Denison; one sister, Mrs. Maude Kelley of Madill, Oklahoma; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
