McClure 14 October 1890 - 10 August 1970  Edith Bernice Jackson McClure 30 November 1923 - 2 April 2011  Edith Bernice Jackson McClure passed away peacefully late Friday night, April 2, 2011, She was born in Sherman on November 30, 1923. She married her high school sweetheart, Colman David McClure, moved to Dallas, and was blessed with 68 years of marriage. She is survived by her son, David and wife, Linda; daughter, Jill and husband, Ward; youngest daughter, Jan and husband, Ira; grandchildren, Sandy, Dan, Sheree, Quinn, Coco; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Caleb and Sophie. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Brad. Graveside services were held at West Hill Cemetery in the Jackson family plot. Dallas Morning News July 7, 2014 Colman David McClure was born January 19, 1924 in Paris, Texas and passed away on July 4, 2014 in Richardson, Texas. He was reunited with his parents, Mary and Edgar McClure and his beloved wife, Bernice; daughter, Jan; grandons, Brad; sibling, Maurine. Colman is survived by son, David and wife Linda; daughter, Jill and husband, Ward; son-in-law, Ira; grandchildren, Daniel and wife, Stacie; Sandy, Jordan, Caleb, Sheree and husband, Deon; Quinn, Coco; brother, Jack. Graveside services were held Tuesday, July 8 at West Hill Cemetery, Sherman.
