MRS. M.J. WILLIAMS DEAD
Passed Away This Morning at Home of Her Daughter, Mrs. J.D. Meadow
Mrs. M.J. Williams, 85 years of age, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.D. Meadow, No. 506 South Crockett street, this morning at 6 o'clock. Death came through infirmities of old age, and Mrs. Williams passed away quietly as one falls asleep.
She is survived by one son and 3 daughters: C.L. Wright, Mrs. J.C. Bridges,  Mrs. J.H. Hunter and Mrs. Meadow.   The 3 daughters were with her when the end came.
Mrs. Williams was a native of Tennessee, and had been a member of the Methodist church since childhood.  For the past 21 years she had made her home with Mrs. Meadow.
Funeral services will be held at the residence at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning, and burial will be in West Hill Cemetery Cemetery.  The services will be conducted by Rev. J.F. Pearce, pastor of Travis Street Methodist Church.
