B.H. Zauk, Prominent Citizen of Sherman Dead
Sherman, Texas, May 13 - B.H. Zauk, vice-president and one of the organizers of the Commercial National bank of Sherman. and also one of the pioneer businessmen of this community, passed away at St. Vincent's sanitarium at 1 o'clock Monday morning, following a short illness.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 5 o'clock from the family home at 614 South Montgomery street followed by interment in West Hill Cemetery.  Religious services were conducted by Dr. T.A. Wharton, pastor of First Presbyterian church; the burial rites of the Masonic order were given at the grave under the auspices of Travis Lodge No. 117,.A.F. & A.M.  Mr. Zauk was a 32nd degree Mason, a Knight Templar and a Shriner.  The procession to the cemetery was led by an escort of Knight Templars.
Mr. Zauk is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marguite Zauk; and one daughter, Mrs. James Binkley of Sherman.
