February 4, 1889 Sherman, Tex., Feb. 2. -- The remains of the late John Morris were interred in the city cemetery this afternoon at 9 o'clock. The local post of the grand army of the republic was out in force. The burial services were conducted by Rev. P. O. Archer of the First Methodist church.
