Monday, January 9, 1911 pg. 1 E.B. RODGERS [sic] Died at His Home Northeast of the City Yesterday E.B. Rodgers, in his 74th years, a native of New York and for many years a resident of Grayson county, died at his home 3 miles northeast of the city yesterday, after an illness of some time. He is survived by 5 children, his wife having preceded him some 5 years ago. The surviving children are as follows: Mrs. Ben Jennings, Mrs. Will Jennings, Eli Rodgers, Lowe Rodgers and Albert Rodgers, all residing in Texas. The funeral services were held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at the home after which interment was had in West Hill Cemetery.
