Ricky Lee Goldsmith of Sherman, Texas was born on August 28, 1958 in Dallas, T exas and passed away January 6, 2022 in Sherman, Texas surrounded by his loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Lou Constant; his father, Clyde Thomas Goldsmith; and a grandchild born to his son and wife; and brother, Jerry Goldsmith.
Survivors include his ex-wife and mother to his children, Olivia Goldsmith; son, Ricky Duane Goldsmith and wife, Melissa; grandchildren, Sergio, Moises, Xavier, Aralyn, Reign, and Selena; daughter, Liza Marie Goldsmith and significant other, Shawn Williams; grandchildren, Gabriella, Curtis, Byron the Great, and Chandler; daughter, Alexandria Lea Goldsmith; grandchildren: Presley the Powerful and Papa's precious Aubrey; brothers, Kenneth Goldsmith and Mike Goldsmith; and sister-in-law, Sharon Goldsmith; and best friends, Tony Harvin, Robert Lindsay, and Tracy McClain.
During his life Ricky enjoyed attended concerts, playing golf, collecting sports memorabilia, jamming out to Led Zeppelin, and most importantly a Cowboys' game with family.  Ricky was a humble man that never put himself first; he was very loving and smart.  He loved his children and grandchildren dearly and loved to see and hear about any and all accomplishments made.
Funeral services  were held Thursday morning, January 13, 2022 at Waldo Funeral Home.  Interment followed at Wed Hill Cemetery, Sherman, Texas.
