Thursday, August 27, 1925 pg,1 Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Bryant, W.H. King and Dr. R. May were among those here who attended the funeral of Mrs. S.C. Riddle at Sherman Tuesday morning. Mrs. Riddle died suddenly at her home in Dallas Sunday night at 8 o'clock. She was a daughter of the late Rev. J.M. Binkley, and is survived by her husband, Rev. S.C. Riddle of Dallas; 2 sisters, Mrs. T.U. Cole of Sherman and Mrs. Page Harris of Houston; 1 brother, Marvin M. Binkley of Sherman. About 15 years ago Rev. Riddle was pastor of the local Methodist church, and he and Mrs. Riddle had many friends here. Mrs. Riddle was a cousin of C.W. and C.B. Bryant and Mrs. W.H. King of this place.
