Bert, the 17-year-old son of Pick Reeder, residing at No. 515 North East Street, diied Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock after a long illness. Funeral services were held at the residence at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon and burial was in West Hill Cemetery.  Besides his father, the young man is sruvived by one sister and two brothers.
Bert Reeder was well known throughout the city.  He had been a cripple all of his life, but was cheerful and ambitious and had made a fine record at school, finishing grammar school and taking two years at high school when ill health caused him to quit school and confined him to his room.  He will ever be remembered by his many friends who liked him for his sunny disposition and courteous manner, and for the steadfastness with which he held to the right and was fighting his way, rung by rung up Life's ladder.
