 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas Sherman Daily Democrat Tuesday, May 30, 1911 pg. 1 LOGAN PHILLIPS DEAD Little Boy Shot Several Months Ago Died This Morning Logan Phillips, the little 12-year-old boy who was shot and seriously hurt in south Sherman many months ago, died this morning at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Campbell in Pacific Avenue shortly after 4 o'clock. Since the shooting took place, which was accidental, the little boy has been in a paralyzed condition. He remained at St. Vincent's sanitarium for some time and was then taken to the home of his grandparents. Some days ago the little fellow began to grow worse and death resulted this morning. The funeral services will be conducted at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Campbell tomorrow morning at 915 East Pacific street by Rev. J.R. Atchley, pastor of the Key Memorial Methodist church and interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
