Mary Louise Langford, 90, of Sherman, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Texoma Healthcare Center, surrounded by her loving famil y.
Graveside services were held Thursday morning, June 26, 2014 at West Hill Cemetery.  Rev. Danny Wood of West Sherman Baptist Church officiated.
Mary Louise was born June 11, 1924, daughter of Carole and Ima Parins Wilson.  She grew up and graduated high school in Whitewright, Texas.
She married Paul Langford August 9, 1941.  They spent many years working together as owner/operators of several Grayson County nursing facilities, she as administrator and he as general manager.
Mary was an active member of West Sherman Baptist Church until her health would no longer allow her to attend.  After being home bound for some time, she made the decision to move into Texoma Healthcare Center.
Mary  is survived by her children, James "Bub" Langford, Douglas Langford and wife, Terri; Wanda Howard and husband, Dwight; and Donna Walker and husband, Larry, all of Sherman; Tommy Langford and wife, Terrie, of Southmayd; 14 grand children, 28 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ina Langford of Van Alstyne; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 2 sisters, Joy Connally and Ouica Walker.
Serving Mrs. Langford as pallbearers were several of her grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored by memorial donations to Guardian Hospice, Sherman, Texas.
