Sherman - Frances Ann Lankford Wiley, 85, of Sherman passed away at Texas Health Presbyterian-WNJ in Sherman on November 10, 2010.  Funeral services were held at Dannel Funeral Home Saturday morning, November 13, 2010.  Rev. Neill Morgan of Covenant Presbyterian Church officiated.  Interment followed at West Hill Cemetery.
Frances was born on May 13, 1925, daughter of Dan and Charles A. Lankford in Celina and graduated from Gunter High School in 1942.  On November 29, 1953, she married Robert L. Wiley at First Presbyterian Church (now Covenant Presbyterian) in Sherman.  They were married for 44 years, and raised 3 sons, Neal, David and Scott Wiley.  Frances was a retired case worker and employee of the Salvation Army in Sherman, as well as a longtime employee of Austin College.  She was also an active, lifelong member of Covenant Presbyterian in Sherman.
Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Frances is survived by 3 sons, Neal Wiley and wife, Cris Cruz-Wiley, of Houston; David Wiley of Austin; and Scott Wiley of Sherman; 4 grandchildren: Hillary, Migura, Lisa Ann Wiley; Travis Lee Wiley, and Danny Cruz; and good friend and companion, Eddie Raasch.
Pallbearers were Travis Wiley, Kelly Nutt, Nat Maxson, David Stone, Cam Gillespie, III, and Mark Wiley.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Salvation Army or Covenant Presbyterian Church of Sherman.
