 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas   John C. Tassey 1848 - 1922 The Bonham Daily Favorite March 2, 1922 pg. 3 BUILDER OF SHERMAN OIL MILL IS DEAD Sherman, March 1 - J.C. Tassey, 70, died at his home in Sherman this morning. He is survived by the following sons and daughters: Ed of Houston and Harry of Greenville; Mrs. WIlliam Thompson of Saskatche, Canada; and Miss Berl Tassey of Sherman. He was a well known oil mill man and established plant in this city.
