MRS. M.F. MATTHEWS
Died at Her Home on South Montgomery Street This Morning

Mrs. M.F.Matthews,, aged 65 years, died at the family home in South Montgomery street at an early hour this morning after an illness of several days.  She was the wife of M.F. Matthews, prior to his death an engineer on the Cotton Belt railway, and has been a resident of this city for many years.
She is survived by one son.
The funeral and burial will take place some time tomorrow or Thursday morning but at this hour the arrangements have not been completed.

The funeral of Mrs. M.F. Matthews, who died at the home on South Montgomery street, this city, early yesterday morning, will be held at 4:00 o'clock this afternoon and services will be conducted by Rev. B. Wrenn, pastor of Grace Presbyterian church; interment will follow immediatly in West Hill Cemetery.
