Charles Shaw officiated and burial followed in West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Angelic Mortuary. She died Saturday, 29 May 2010 in Presbyterian-WNJ. Surviving are daughters, Davetta Doss, Charlene Johnson and Donna M. Johnson, all of Los Angeles, and Mary E. Bowers of Las Vegas; sons, Jimmy D. Doss and Theodore Johnson, both of Los Angeles; and Richard Lee Johnson, Jr. of Moreno Valley, California; brothers, Howard E. Hughes of Denver, Colorado; and Cecil Hughes of New YorK City; sisters, Theresa Hughes, Beverly Maven, Naomi Ayers and Neomi Hughes, all of Denver; and Shirlene Everett of Sherman; 17 grandchildren.
