Harris, Sr. 5 May 1922 - 18 June 2001 US Army WWII  The Herald Democrat February 20, 2013 Denison - Daniel Harris, 70, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Texoma Medical Center. Mr. Harris is survived by sons, Jerry Wayne Harris of California; Troy Brown, Jr. of Grandview, Missouri; Michael Brown of Plano, Texas; and Walter Brown of Overland Park, Kansas; daughter, Sandra Hardy of Denton, Texas; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Jimmie R. Daniels of Denison; Tommie R. Daniels of Dallas; and sisters, Patricia Onyekwere of Irving and Joyce Stanley of Denver, Colorado. Mr. Harris was cremated. A memorial service was held Monday at Bethel Community Baptist Church with Michael Braxton officiating. Inurnment in West Hill Cemetery, Sherman, Texas.
