Mrs. C. M. McNELEY DIED SUNDAY NIGHT  

Mrs. C.M. McNeley, 66 years old, one of the pioneer residents of Sherman, died here Sunday night at 6:55 o'clock, following an illness for the past several months.
Funeral services will be held from the residence, 819 South Montgomery Street, Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock conducted by Dr. S.W. Williams, pastor of the Travis Street Methodist Church.  Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
She is survived by her brother, Hub S. Hulsey of Sherman and two nieces, Mrs. Earl Harvey of Sherman and Miss Clifford Rice of El Paso.  She is also survivied by two step-daughters, Mrs. C.H. Haines of Jackson, Michigan and Miss Irene McNeley of Austin.
Mrs. McNeley was born in Georgia, September 16, 1860.  She came from that state to Texas fifty years ago, locating in Sherman, where she made her home since.  She is the widow of the late W. H. McNeley, groceryman, who died here about 20 years ago.
Active pallbears are J.D. Buster, T.F. Aston, E.A. Blair, Tom Woods, M.S. Brame and Jack W. Blassingame.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Stewart M. Scott Undertaking Company.
