Hiram
Graham and Louisa Edmondson married on May 8, 1834 in Jackson County,
Missouri (vol. 1, pg 35). They were living in Ellis County, Texas
in 1860 with nine children. In the 1870 Grayson Census, Lucy Edmondson
Graham and her four children are living in Sherman, Texas. Hiram Graham
is deceased. Their children living in Sherman, Texas in 1870 were:
- Richard Graham
- Sallie Graham
- James H. Graham
- Rufus Graham
Nancy
Elizabeth Graham, daughter of Hiram Graham and Louisa Edmondson, was
born in 1841 and died November 6, 1907 in Pottsboro, Grayson County,
Texas. She married Elijah Brenum. He died during the Civil War in
a makeshift hospital in southeastern Texas.
Robert
Daniel, son of Robert Daniel and Chaterine Hanline, was born April 14,
1828 in Montgomery County, Kentucky and died March 5, 1884 in
Pottsboro, Grayson County, Texas.
He married Phebe Elizabeth Tice/Tich in 1854. They divorced prior to 1864. Their children were:
- James T. Daniel b 1855
- Porter "Port: Henry Daniel 1857 - 1930
- Theodore D. Daniel b 1860
While visiting friends in Ellis County, Texas, he met Nancy Elizabeth Graham, a widow. They married September 7, 1865 in Ovilla, Ellis County, Texas. Their children were:
- Isabelle Belle Daniel 1866 - 1938
- Albert Daniel 1869 - 1946
- Silas Hare "Sweet" Daniel 1871 - 1948
- Louise Catherine Daniel 1873 - 1954
- Robert Lanier Daniel 1874 - 1958
- William "Will" Daniel 1875 - 1932
- Samuel Lehmon Daniel 1879 - 1927
- Herbert Lehman "Herd" Daniel Sr 1881 - 1936
- Three children who died at an early age
Robert Daniel lived in Grayson
County, northwest of Pottsboro where he grew peaches commercially
among other things; he owned a lot of land here.
