(Buddy) Jamieson, 81, Whitesboro, died March 24,1999 at Whitesboro
Nursing Home. He was a member of East Side Church of Christ in
Whitesboro and member of the Church of Chirst for 50 years, former
resident of Birmingham, Alabama for 31 years, a WWII Army Veteran, an a
retired barber after 33 years. He was married January 18, 193- in
Ripley, Mississippi to Juanette Stroup.
Services were March 27 at Huff Funeral Chapel with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Ministers David Reeves and Jim Underwood officiated. Survivors include his wife; one son, Ricky Jamieson and wife, Kitty, Weatherford, Texas; one daughter, Teena and husband, Ted, Birmingham, Alabama; two sisters, Jessie Lou Reed, Wisconsin; and Josephine Waldon, Ripley; four grandchildren, Tania Goen and Beth Jamieson, both of Weatherford; Patrick Lake and Jay Lakey, Birmingham; one great-grandchild, Tyria Goen, Weatherford. Pallbearers were Darrell Reed, Hilton Reed, Jim Francis, Brian Robertson, Patrick Lakey and Jay Lakey.
