 Whitesboro  Guy W. Riddle 27 January 1907 - 30 July 1980  Zetta M. Riddle 18 November 1916 - wed 6 March 1937 Gainesville Daily Register Thursday, July 31, 1980 Former Whitesboro Mayor pro-tem and eight-year city councilman, Guy W. Riddle, 73, died Wednesday in Sherman. He was a native of Delaware Bend, born January 27, 1907, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas B. Riddle. He married Zetta M. Crenshaw March 6, 1937 in Sherman. He owned Riddle Grocery Store for 21 years and was a member of the Whitesboro Masonic Lodge. Survivors are his wife; son, Danny Riddle; brother, H.L.
