Carla Jean McKenzie Taylor
28 January 1947 - 13 July 2012

Carla Jean (Jeane) Taylorm 65, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 in Round Rock, Texas after her battle with breast cancer.
Born January 28, 1947 in Whitesboro, Texas, she was the youngest of 3 children born to Karl and Juanita McKenzie.
She had a infectious and beautiful smile with an amazing knack for putting others at ease.  In her last days at Altenheim Hospice Facility, staff members reported how she was a blessing to them even in her difficult struggle.  In many ways, she continued to exude the childlike spirit to the very end.
Throughout her life, Jeane worked as an office manager and administrator for a variety of medical professionals.  She was always known for her joyful presence, attention to detail and tenacity in the workplace.  Jeane was often the "life of the party" and easily so since she was kind, welcoming and charming.  Friends, family, church and traveling are what she enjoyed most.  She had an adventurous spirit, but while on any given trip, she was anxious and ready to be in the comforts of home with her loved ones.  Ever the social butterfly, connection with others is what drove her.
Jeane is survived by her husband, Mo Taylor, of Georgetown, Texas; daughters, Kim Riter of Pleasanton, California, and Stacye Corley Norlin of Mesquite, Texas; step-daughters, Natalie Butland of Bastrop, Texas, and Julie Dworaczyk of Chandler, Arizona; and step-son, Zachary Hudson of Weimer, Texas; grandchildren, Ally & Grace Riter and Jackson Norlin; step-grandchildren, Christopher Butland and Jillian, Jordan & Jacqueline Dworaczyk; brother, Jerry McKenzie of Whitesboro, Texas.
Jeane was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leon McKenzie; nephew, Bobby McKenzie; and former husband, Tony Lynn Hudson.
