Whitesboro - Graveside services for Willie "Bill" Eggleston, 88, of Whitesboro were held Friday, April 3, 2009 at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro with Chaplain Caraol Hobson officiating. Services were under the direction of Meador Funeral Home, Whitesboro.
Mr. Eggleston died Wednesda, April 1, 2009 at his home in Whitesboro.
Survivors include his wife, Izella Eggleston, of Whitesboro; son, William Charles Eggleston of Whitesboro; daughter, Connie Lynn Johnston of Whitesboro; step-son, Gerald Hampton of Whitesboro; step-daughter, Brenda Hampton of Houston; and 6 sisters, Jerry Baze, Ola Jennings, Dean Marshall, Ruby Marks, Opal Thompson; and Dolly McEldowney.

Izella Nina Eggleston, 86, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus Sunday, December 3, 2017, at Texoma Healthcare Center in Sherman, Texas.
Mrs. Eggleston was born October 28, 1931 in Southmayd, Texas, daughter of Ames and Belma Carney. Izella enjoyed fishing, quilting, playing bingo and taking care of others. She was a caring and loving mother and sister.
Mrs. Eggleston is survived by her family: sons, William "Billy" Eggleston and wife, Mary; and Gerald Hampton, all of Whitesboro; daughter, Connie Johnston and husband, Richard, of Whitesboro; and brother, Lindell Carney, of Whitesboro.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and daughter, Brenda Davis.
Funeral services were held Friday, December 8, 2017 at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Oakkwood Cemetery, Whitesboro. - - - Fisher Funeral Home
