 Whitesboro  Sandra C. Richards 16 April 1945 - John L. Richards 27 January 1944 - 23 October 1984 wed 14 February 1964 October 25, 1984 Gordonville - John Larry Richards, Sr., 40, father and brother of Amarillo residents, died Tuesday. Services were at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with Rev. John Craft, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Whitesboro Cemetery in Whitesboro by Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman. Mr. Richards was born in Memphis. He was employed by Libby-Owens-Ford for 4 years and previously worked for Sid Stout Ford and Bell Helicopter in Amarillo. He was a member of Gordonville Baptist Church. He married Sandra Stultz in 1964 in Amarillo. Survivors include his wife; son, John Jr. of Gordonville; two daughters, Corey Gene West of Amarillo and Zearlene Jane Roberts of Tom Bean; three brothers, Lonnie Ray of Montgomery; Lawrence Albert of Bowie; and Gary Lynn of Gordonville; and a sister, Linda Gene Perritt of Amarillo.
