Whitesboro - Graveside services for Larry Wayne Morse, 85, were held Tuesday afternoon, January 7, 2014 at the Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro, Texas.  All service arrangements were under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro.
Larry passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014, in Gainesville, Texas.
He was born on October 21, 1928 to Thomas and Dora Tabor Morse in Tom Bean, Texas.  He married Edna Fay Mayo on September 27, 1952 in Sherman, Texas.  He served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  He was employed at Con-Agra in Sherman for over 37 years before his retirement.  He loved to play dominoes.  He enjoyed football and baseball, especially the Texas Rangers.   He enjoyed his pet dogs, Spot and Marcy.  As his children were growing up, he always made sure they enjoyed taking a vacation each year.
He is survived by his wife of Whitesboro; son, Larry Dale Morse and wife, Kathy, of Tioga; son, Mark Lewis Morse of Denton; daughter, Dora Fausset and husband, Bill, of Whitesboro; daughter, Susan Morse of Whitesboro; grandsons, Scott Morse and Jason Seyler; sister, Retha Mayo of Paducah, Texas; and sisters-in-law, Margie "Tootsie" Morse and Claudette Morse.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and 7 brothers, J.B. Morse, Lawrence Morse, Tommy Morse, Ted Morse, Ross Morse, Bill Morse, and Homer Morse.


Ms. Susan Jaice Morse passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 in Whitesboro, Texas.  
Susan was born on December 30, 1955 in Sherman, Texas, daughter of Larry and Edna Mayo Morse,
She is survived by her mother of Whitesboro; sister, Dora Fausset and husband, Bill, of Whitesboro; 2 brothers, Larry Morse and wife, Kathy, of Tioga and Mark Morse of Denton; 2 nephews, Jason Seyler and wife, Tracy; and Scott Morse; 2 uncles, Kenneth Mayo and wife, Retha; and Orville Mayo and wife, Peggy; 6 aunts, Gladys Sexton, Aline Conkin, Doris Reed, Betty Cordell and husband, Daryal; Shirley Moore and husband, Eddie; and Claudette Morse.
Susan was proceeded in death by her father, Larry Wayne Morse.
