   Elder Melvin Cecil Brown, 72, of Sherman ascended to his eternal home Tuesday, APril 12, at his residence f ollowing an extended illness. Funeral service was held Saturday morning, April 23, 2022 in the Fellowship Baptist Church, Sherman, Texas. Rev. Gahlen Warren was the Host Pastor and Elder James Ezell delivered the eulogy. Burial followed in Whiterock Cemetery, Whiterock community, Grayson County, Texas. Arrangements were entrusted to James E. Smith and the professionals of Waldo Funeral Home.
