Will Smith, 70, well-known Whitewright Negro, died Saturday in a Sherman hospital.  Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Western Beauty Colored Methodist Church here, and burial was in the White Rock Cemetery.  He was a native of Grayson County and a retired railroad employe.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Olivia Boyd Smith of Big Lake; two daughters, Mrs. Katie Lee Barker of Hollis, Oklahoma, and Mrs. Jewel Creeks of Wichita Falls; three sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Owens of Snyder, Mrs. May Ella Hall of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Maggie Redmond of Whitewright; one brother, Will Goff of Dallas; and three grandchildren.
