Hollingsworth 16 January 1878 - 11 July 1883 Lum Hollingsworth 18 August 1883 - 18 September 1887 Dallas Morning News September 16, 1887 In a Dying Condition Sherman, Tex., Sept. 15. - Lem Hollingsworth, aged 13, [sic] was reported to be in a dying condition this morning at the home of his parents, near Tom Bean, Grayson county. A few days since in childish ignorance of the danger he courted he ignited a quantity of power in a bottle and was terribly burned. His condition, at first considered hopeful, has gradually grown worse until this morning., it is learned his physician ceased to hold out any encouragement.
