- Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Sunday in the Baptist Church,
Gunter, for Ben David Fielder, 70, of Farmersville, who died at 11:25
pm Thursday in Collin Memorial Hospital. He was a retired farmer. The
Rev. Coy Wier, pastor of the Church and A. C. Quinn minister of College
Hill Church of Christ will conduct the services. Burial will be in
Whitaker Cemetery, east of Gunter, directed by Flesher Funeral Home,
Van Alstyne.
Mr. Fielder was born Nov. 10, 1890 in Texas.
Survivors
are three daughters, Mrs. W.E. Goode of Eastland, Mrs. J.D. Barrett of
Gunter and Mrs. Cecil Adams of Plainview; three sons, S.C. Fielder of
Tulare, Calif., Vester Fielder of Howe and James Earl Fielder of
Whitesboro; a brother, Harvey Fielder of Denison; 20 grand-children and
two
great-grandchildren. |
