  Burlene F. McKelroy 25 June 1919 - 7 April 2011 The Herald Democrat April 10, 2011 Dallas - Burlene Florence McKelroy, 91, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. She was born June 25, 1919, daughter of J.B. and Maggie Hedrick Lewis in Howe, Texas. Services were held Monday morning at Flesher Funeral Home Chapel in Van Alstyne with Gerald Hanley officiating. Burial followed at Whitaker Cemetery in Gunter. Surviving are her daughters, Diane Dopson and husband, Phil, of Austin; and Paula Gatlin and husband, Keith, of Forney; brothers, Harvey Lewis and wife, Loucille, of Glen Rose, Texas; J.B. Lewis, Jr. and wife, Kathryn, of Sherman; and Ralph Lewis and wife, Nelda, of Dumas; 3 grandchildren; and one great-granchild.
