 The Whitewright Sun Friday, November 26, 1920 pg.1 RUFUS A. JONES DEAD Rufus A. Jones, a former citizen of this place, died at Denison at 6:35 Wednesday morning. He had been in bad health for the past year and returned to Denison from West Texas only a day or two before his death. The funeral service will be held here Friday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock at the City Cemetery and will be conducted by Rev. J.F. Fender and Rev. J.L. Truett. The remains will be brought through the country and the funeral procession wil go direct to the cemeteryy.
