Floyd "Jug" Badgett, 61, well-known house mover, was electrocuted about 10:20 a.m. Saturday when a steel tape measure he was using to measure the height of a high voltage electric line came in contact with the wire.  The accident occurred about five miles south of town on Highway 160.  The wires reportedly carried 22,000 volts.
