COUNTY COURT
The jury in the case of the State vs. Lena Hardaway, et al, minors, charged with being delinquents and dependents, returned a verdict at noon in favor of the plaintiff and, the State awareded the custody of the children as follows: Lena, Maydee, James and Aubrey Hardaway to Mr. and Mrs.  W.C. Presley, grandfather and grandmother of the children; Fay Hardaway to J.W. Presley.
