F. E. Bradshaw

Funeral services for F. E. (Fount) Bradshaw, age 63, were held from the Van Deren Funeral Home, Monday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock, with the Rev. C. S. Wilhite officiating. Interment was held in the Van Alstyne cemetery with the Van Deren Funeral home in Charge of arrangements. Mr. Bradshaw died in a Sherman hospital Friday morning at 9 o'clock, after several months' illness.
He was born May 11, 1864 in Dyersburg, Tenn. He came to Texas in 1875 and was married to Miss Maxie Wall at Howe in 1887. She preceded him in death 42 years ago. Mr. Bradshaw was a member of the Methodist church.
Surviving are: one daughter, Mrs. Earl Van Deren, Van Alstyne; three brothers, J. T. Bradshaw, Howe,
C. B. Bradshaw and C. E. Bradshaw, both of Van Alstyne; three sisters, Mrs. Embra Powell, Mrs. S. E. Bushey and Mrs. Lilly Stephenson, all of Sedalia, Mo.; and one grandson, Billy Van Deren, Austin.

Those from out of town attending the funeral services were: Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wall and two daughters,
Mrs. Lewis, Mrs. Quinn Horn, Mrs. John Duke, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Bradshaw, all of Sherman; Mrs. Lilly Stephenson and Mrs. S. E. Bushey, both of Sedalia, Missouri; Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Bone of McKinney; Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Bradshaw, E. Powell, Mr. and Mrs. Ohmer Calliway, Mrs. J. O. McBee, Carl McBee, Mrs. Emmit Boatright and daughter, Lottie Bell, Mrs. Minnie Brooks, all of How; Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Bradshaw, Ada, Oklahoma; Isom Mackey; mother and sister, Dorchester; and Billy Van Deren, of Austin.
