 Preston Barnhill 1901 - 1990 Dovie Mount Barnhill 1887 - 1983 Van Alstyne Leader April 28, 1983 Services for Mrs. Dovie Barnhill, 95, of Houston and formerly of Van Alstyne were held Saturday in Van Alstyne Cemetery. She died April 21 in a Houston hospital. Mrs. Barnhill was born in Van Alstyne, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. I. H. Mount. Surviving are her husband, Preston Barnhill of Houston; and sister, Mrs. Ruby Ziskale of Houston. Flesher Funeral Home was in charge.
