VAN ALSTYNE - Services for Arthur Joshua Gandy, 67, of Houston, former Van Alstyne farmer, who died Tuesday at an Eagle Lake hospital, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Flesher Funeral Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Donald Griffith of the First Christian Church.
Burial will be at Van Alstyne Cemetery.
A native of Weston, Mr. Gandy was a son of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Gandy.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Josephine Gandy of Alleyton; brothers, Henry I. Gandy of Van Alstyne and James M Gandy of Dallas; sisters, Mrs. Alice Caldwell of Van Alstyne, Mrs. Pat Burns of Dallas and Mrs. Louise Spurgin of Allen.
