 Judith Elaine Slaughter 2 November 1959 - 15 January 1971 Van Alstyne Leader Thursday, January 21, 1971 Graveside services were held Saturday, Jan. 16, at the Van Alstyne Cemetery for Judith E. Slaughter, 11, daughter of Mrs. Jerry Lee Childers of Irving, who died Friday, Jan. 15, in a Denton hospital. Flesher Funeral Home officiated. Judith was born Nov. 2, 1959 in Texas and formerly made her home in Van Alstyne. Surviving are her mother; a brother, Steven Slaughter of Irving, and a sister, Leslie Slaughter of Irving.
