 Eddie Shelton 16 January 1885 - 19 September 1904 Van Alstyne Leader September 24, 1904 Died of Consumption Mrs. Jeff Shelton, nee Miss Eddie Myrtle Lovelace, died Sunday night at 12 o'clock at the home of her grand mother, Mrs. Emily McKinney, just north of town. She had not journeyed far with her husband when death called them apart, the marriage having been performed about two years ago. She was much esteemed by those who knew her and all regret to know that she is dead. The interment took place at the cemetery here Monday afternoon.
