  Homer Scoggins 1898 - 1928   Raymond E. Scoggins 1919 - 2011 Billie F. Scoggins 1923 - The Herald Democrat October 2, 2011 Grand Prairie, Texas - Raymond Eugene Scoggins, age 91, of Grand Prairie, passed away on September 30, 2011. He was born December 11, 1919 in Tioga, Texas to Homer Eugene Scoggins and Orena Ella Phillips. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. He married Billie Francis Kemp on July 19, 1941. He worked for LTV Aerospace for 37 years. A funeral service will be held Monday, October 3, 2011 at 11 a.m., at the Huff/Slay Funeral Home in Pilot Point with burial following at Tioga Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Billie, of Grand Prairie; daughter, Donna Jacobs of Grand Prairie; daughter, Patty and son-in-law Navratil of Jackson, Wyoming; son, Pat and daughter-in-law, Lynn Scoggins of Boerne, Texas; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
