Tioga, Texas - Barbara Anne McKnight Lintner, 74, passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Baybrook Village Care Center in McKinney, Texas.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 10 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Tioga, Texas, with Bro. Bobby Hawkins officiating.  Burial followed at Tioga Cemetery.  
Barbara was born February 15, 1941 in Southmayd, Texas, daughter of Dan Isaac McKnight and LuVena Adele Baughman McKnight, and was a life-long resident of Tioga, Texas.
Barbara Anne McKnight Lintner is survived by her son, Dan Lintner and wife Kelly of Tioga; son Robby Reynolds and wife Kathie of Tioga; and daughter Angie Lintner-Corleyand husband Alan Corley of Flower Mound, Texas; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Also surviving is her brother, Dan McKnight, Jr., sister Betty Gressett and husband Dave and brother Bennie McKnight and wife Jane, all of Tioga, as well as numerous aunts, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins who were all very dear to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and LuVena and infant son, Edward DeWayne Reynolds.
Services are under the direction of Scoggins Funeral Home, 637 W. Van Alstyne, Van Alstyne, Texas.
