Services Set at Tioga for John W. Cook, 66
Pilot Point, Texas Sep 22 - Funeral Services will be held Sunday at 2pm at the Tioga Baptist Church for John W. Cook, 66, retired Tioga farmer and lumberman, who died Thursday night in a Denton Hospital. He had resided in Denton since last February.
Elder H.G. Ball will officiate, with the Rev. Joe Mays assisting. Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery.
Cook is survived by hsi wife; two sons, Archie Cook of Denton and Albert L. Cook of Dallas; two daughters, Mrs. A.D. Morphew of Sherman and Mrs. J.L. Thompson of Dallas; two brothers, J.H. Cook of Hawley and A.L. Cook of Tioga; one sister, Mrs. W.A. Carter of Hawley, and twelve grandchildren.
