  Edna B. Bodovsky 3 November 1915 - 23 June 2015 Joseph E. Bodovsky 15 July 1910 - 21 June 1980 wed 10 February 1934  Graveside services for Edna Bell Wilhoit Bodovsky will be held Monday at 10:00 am at the Tioga Cemetery. Rev. David Murphy will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Scoggins Funeral Home in Van Alstyne. She passed away Tuesday at Beacon Hill Care Center in Denison. She was born November 3, 1915 in Tioga to Howard and Cora Walker Wilhoit. She married Joseph Eugene Bodovsky February 10, 1934 in Gainsville, Texas. He preceded her in death. She was a Christian lady who was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Denton and was a homemaker. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Paul and Donna Bodovsky of Sherman; four grandchildren: Paula Ann Bodovsky Sanderson of Canton, Texas, Jeff and his wife Cindy Bodovsky of Sherman, Texas, Melissa Bell of Sherman, Texas and Douglas Bodovsky of Sherman, Texas; eight great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who we were blessed to know.
