Edward was born in Gainesville, Texas, the son of Joseph and Louise (Lang) Bundschuh.  He died at a local medical facility in Sherman, Texas.
He attended Gaineville High School and Paris (Texas) Junior College.  He served in the United States Army during World War II.
He married Miss Jewel Fay "Tot" Brasswell on 31 January 1942 in Dallas, Texas.  He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Parish, Sherman and the Knight of Columbus.
He was a retired watchmaker and Gibson Discount Center employee.
Edward was survived by his wife; son, Don Bundschuh of Sherman; brother Bill Bundschuh of Sherman; and two grandchildren.
Rosary was recited at the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Saint Mary's with Rev. John Fowler of the church and Rev. James garrad of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church officiating.
Arrangement were under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home, Sherman.



Jewel Faye "Tot" Braswell Bundschuh

Mrs. Bundschuh was born in Southmayd, Texas, the daughter of John Simeon Braswell and Maude Mae Mattingly Braswell.  She died at Wilson N. Jones Hospital, Sherman, Texas.
"Tot" attended school in Southmayd and graduated from Whitesboro High School, Whitesboro, Texas.
On 31 January 1942, she married Edward Joseph Bundschuh in Dallas, Texas.
She was a retired interior decorator, and also worked for Hardwick-Etter Company and was a seamstress for Pool Manufacturing Company.
She was a Cub Scout Leader and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and their Altar Society.
Surviving are her son, Don Edward Bundschuh of Sherman; sisters, Eula Mae Bates of Sherman and Betty Weimer of Southmayd; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services were conducted at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, with their pastor Rev. Jeremy Myers officiating.
Waldo Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Obituaries were published in the Denison Herald on 11 April 1995, page 2 and the Sherman Democrat on 12 April 1995, page A-10.
