  Oscar H. Zwinggi 5 June 1919 - 29 January 2006 s/o Leo Zwinggi & Lenora Geray Fannie D. Zwinggi 18 August 1924 - 24 November 2015  wed 12 December 1948  Fannie Dutton Zwinggi 18 August 1924 - 24 November 2015 Mrs. Zwinggi was born in Whitesboro, Texas, to Joe and Flossie Dutton. She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1942, and attended North Texas Teacher's College (which later became University of North Texas). She passed away at Signature Pointe in Dallas, Texas. On 12 December 1948, she married Oscar Zwinggi at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Gainesville, Texas. She was a long-time member of St. Mary's Catholic Parish in Sherman, Texas, very active in the Women's Guild and the Legion of Mary. Mrs. Zwinggi was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Oscar, two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by two daughters: Carol Claunch and husband, Gerald, of Richardson, and Shirley Zwinggi and Teresa Jones, of Carrollton; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Rosary was recited by Jim Adlof, at Dannel Chapel in Sherman. Mass of the Christian Burial was celebrated by Fr. Jeremy Myers, with Fr. Antonio Aureus assisting at the altar, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sherman. Serving as pallbearers will be members of the Knights of Columbus. Above provided by Dannel Funeral Home.
