  Helen Whitfill Lovell 31 May 1909 - 19 October 2001 The Daily Ardmoreite Ardmore, Oklahoma Madill, July 18, 1936 Darrell Lovell dies in Hugo. Darrell Lovell, former basketball coach for the Ardmore Business College, the Terrell High School, and Rexroat Consolidated School, died in Hugo, July 15, where he was employed by the Hugo Public Service Co. The funeral was held in Sherman, Texas with burial at St. Mary's Catholic Parish Cemetery. Lovell taught the past semester at Hugo Junior High and was re-elected for the next term. He graduated with honors in 1933 from Southwest Teachers College. He is survived by his wife, Helen Lovell, two year old son Adair, his parents Mr. & Mrs. J.A.
