Funeral services were held Saturday, April 12, 2008 with burial following at Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Phillips resided in Bells, Grayson County, Texas. She was retired from Frito-Lay Company in Lubbock, Texas. She was a former resident of Idalou, Texas.
