Goodman passed away peacefully Sunday, December 1, 2013. He was born November 18, 1930 in Enid,
Oklahoma to John and Effie Orr Goodman. Billy served in the United States Air Force. On October 27, 1951 he married Maria Carmen Martinez in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Billy is survived by his wife, Carmen, of Bells; daughter, Laura Lee-Silva of Bells; son, John Goodman; sister, Bettye Grelling; grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Prayer service was Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel in Bells-Savoy, Texas. Father Antonio Aureus officiated. Burial followed in Rose Hill Cemetery.
