RILEY WILLIAMS DIED SUNDAY AFTERNOON
Riley Williams, a well known farmer and stockman, died Sunday afternoon at his home 3 miles southwest of Bells, where he resided for the past 37 years.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Methodist Church at Bells.  Interment was in the cemetery east of Bells.  The burial service was in charge of the I.O.O.F. Lodge of Bells, of which Mr. Williams was a member for more than 25 years.
Deceased is survived by his widow and the following named children: Charley Williams of Terrell; John Williams and Mrs. M.E. Everheart of Bells.
Mr. Williams took an interest in the development of his community.  He served as president of the Bells fair and was for several years a director in the Red River Valley Fair.
